William Lilly (1602-1681)

• Independently wealthy astrologer who summarized his complete knowledge of astrology as it existed during his time period in his book Christian Astrology.
• Christian Astrology is mainly valued as an empirical horary work but also contains two other large sections on judging nativities, planetary tables and rulerships.
• Produced a successful annual almanac.
