In a natal chart, Venus sextile Mars implies ease between the feminine and masculine (or passive and active) sides of oneself. Others find us adorable and amiable, and we can generally make friends fairly easily (although look to the llth house for any conflicting influences). We have an aura of innocence and trustworthiness, which is usually justified. We have artistic talent and if Mars is strong and well-aspected, we should have no problem manifesting our creations. As with all Mars/Venus contacts, we are sexually motivated, but in the case of the sextile it is well under the control of our will. Unless Venus is badly placed there is little danger of immorality or poor values. Nevertheless, our sexual needs are important to us and a lack of passion in a partner is very disappointing.
