I'm a 17-year-old high school student who currently lives in Minnesota. I first got into astrology around my 12th (I think it was my 12th...) birthday, to impress a family friend, but I guess astrology had other plans for me. I still try to maintain some skepticism about the practice despite my use of it, but what else could you expect from a Mercury in Virgo? :) I've only read three books about astrology; most of my information is from online sites and good 'ol intuition.

Outside of astrology, I am one of those unfortunate types that, despite his protests to the contrary, actually somewhat enjoys school. I especially love the social sciences, as you can see from that handy little box to the side, though I constantly worry whether I'll actually translate that interest into a job. I'm an amateur conlanger (i.e. I dabble in creating languages for fun), play trombone, and sometimes-sort-of-occasionally-sorta write a book. It will likely be available in 3028 at the rate I'm going. I'm also passionate about politics, and dream of someday being the best Vice-President the country has ever seen (for the Vice-President gets all the perks but none of the responsibilities!).
