Septile

The septile is a seventh harmonic aspect in which the angle formed by division is 51°26'. When two points are in septile it means that from a geocentric position on earth, the two bodies appear to be exactly 1/7 of the way around the zodiac from each other. The number seven is a prime number with the numerological significance of mysticism, eccentricity, withdrawal and wisdom. Similarly, the septile brings reserve and wisdom to the areas of life indicated. This energy is spiritually refined and may be connected with receiving knowledge or teaching.

Planets in septile never share the same element or quality. The effect could feel harmonious or it could be slightly disruptive, depending on the signs and planets. Either way, its intention is to perfect something, so the result should be beneficial. It may be more noticeable if a cardinal sign and/or angular houses are involved, or if there is a transit to one of the planets.
