Orientation is a somewhat archaic "personality" assignment of the twelve zodiac signs. Each orientation is present over one-third of the zodiac, beginning with Aries.
The personal signs are instinctively first concerned about things they consider their own, and tend to adapt to their surroundings and contingents the most because they associate themselves with things & people nearby.
The interpersonal signs are the ones most concerned with relationships, how they appear towards others and in general the well-beings & happenings of others in general.
The transpersonal signs are the ones most willing, unafraid or likely to separate themselves from from their past, their personal feelings & beliefs; usually to look toward the future.
