From AstrologyNotes
Olivia Barclay (1919-2001)
- Contributed partially to the revival of Classical astrology in the later part of the 20th century.
- The main Classical branch that she helped to revive and advocate was Horary astrology, and in 1980 she obtained a copy of and arranged for William Lilly’s horary text Christian Astrology to be reprinted, which had the effect of stirring a lot of interest in older forms of astrology in the astrological community.
- She taught classes and wrote a book which helped reintroduce and spread traditional horary techniques back into the mainstream.
