Relationship astrology deals with analysis of horoscope charts to determine the compatibility and likely interactions between any two or more people. A relationship astrologer will first study each person's chart for clues as to how they deal with relationships. Then the astrologer will usually overlay the birth charts of the two people to see how one affects the other. Finally, a composite chart is drawn up to predict the nature of the relationship itself, should the couple remain close. The Sun, Moon and Ascendant are the most important factors to note in relationship analysis, but other aspects, inter-house placements and the nature of the composite chart all contribute to understanding.
