Common Interpretation
Chiron in Capricorn can indicate perfectionism and dissatisfaction with one's vocation and status in the world. These people may work very hard yet feel they do not get the recognition they deserve. Even when they do get status and recognition, they may be unhappy with the results because they don't think it is enough or want to be appreciated for something else. They may become obsessive about ordering their environment because they see disorder and disarray everywhere. They may try different careers or become involved in high profile issues to attain the recognition and fulfillment they crave. The healing lesson for these people lies in developing self-appreciation and self-trust which is not dependent on their public image. They should rely on their own business sense and managerial abilities rather than basing their actions on what people will think. In the process, they will free themselves to find the right vocation for their talents.
