- Regarded as one of the more prominent astrologers in Europe in the latter part of the 20th century.
- Synthesized British and German astrological traditions together into one system within the context of a Platonic and Neoplatonic philosophical framework.
- One of the associate editors of the astrological research journal Correllation.
- President and chief proponent of the Astrological Association of Great Britian starting in 1972.
- Had a large part in instigating and the presiding over the first conference on astrological research in 1979, which was held at London University’s Institute for Psychiatry.
- His major role seems to have been to use his position as the president of the Astrological Association to unite various international astrological organizations.
