AstrologyNotes articles are often edited by more than one person, except in the case of attributed articles. It is natural that sometimes people will disagree on how an article should be written. Please use these guidelines when confronted with disputes over article content.
- Remember to be polite, respectful, and patient. In most cases, there is some reason the other party has felt the need to edit over your work, and once this is addressed and dealt with a resolution is easily reached.
- Please do everything you can to resolve the issue on a one-to-one basis (either through the other user's talk page or through the article talk page) before bringing other AstrologyNotes members into the argument.
- If you are unable to get the issue resolved right away and you are concerned about the article being detrimental to AstrologyNotes, you may place a disputed article template by typing {{Disputed}} at the top of the article source.
- If you cannot resolve an article dispute through the talk pages or email, post the issue in the member forum under Dispute Resolution. You can set up a poll for members to provide feedback.
- If all of that fails to resolve the dispute, you can ask an Administrator to make a decision on the matter. This is really not a very good option, as AstrologyNotes should be self-governing except for gross misconduct. So, please try to resolve the dispute democratically first.
