There are different opinions on this, but I think it is standard to not relocate (use the place of birth) for progressed and solar arc charts. The partner overlay charts and standard midpoint composition chart use the natal charts of both, so no relocation there either. Transit, lunar, solar and first meeting charts would use relocation (your current residence).
