Hi Sherryelynn
Hope you have been well. I have the birth data for those strange Grand Trines in mine, my sisters, my fathers, and my grandfathers. I am officially putting the saturn retrograde question to rest. It was getting rather lengthy. A little bit of background and forgive me for sounding crazy and mind you I dont have everyones birthdata. The talk has been a family name "curse" that has been spoke of often in my growing up and anyone born to this particular name is cursed to not live a long life. Most of the people died in their 40's and 50's but the oldest to date was 61 and the youngest (my sister) was 35. When I discovered the fact that we all have grand trines connecting always the 8th and 12th houses and some the 3rd or 4th houses this raised a concern in me. You have my birthdata but I will give it again. 3/29/1977 1:04am Oklahoma City. Ok. My sisters is 9/14/71 10:08am. My fathers is 12/9/45 330am. And my grandfathers is 10/11/20 11:45pm all of Oklahoma City. If you need to know when they died, my sister was 7/25/2007. My father was 5/22/2002 and my grandfather I'm not sure. I noticed that I have a kite that completes mine as well as my grandfather. I know what this sounds like but from the stories to finding this it just seemed very odd. I really wish I had everyones chart born to that name but I dont. Obviously I have had some rough patches in my life and as you saw from my chart this will continue for a while. I still have other questions and concerns for all those but I wanted you to see this and see what you might think of it. You said how you thought it would be interesting to see. I hope that you have had a great weekend. Thanks so much in advance.

Hi, Ariesgurl!

I will have to set the charts up and take a look. It does sound interesting.

If you don't hear back from me (or Justin) by Wednesday morning, please post again.
I am working on several charts and posts at the same time, and I may lose track.

Hi, Ariesgurl!

it may take awhile for me to post any of those charts, but I do want to mention that you should not be thinking in terms of any kind of curse. Something like that is never helpful in one's life.

Also, I had looked at the chart of your friend, and commented in one of your other threads. If you know of nay of her friends or reatlives who might want to watch her or keep an eye on her (wihtout your getting involved), you should contact someone, as she is going through some very hard times. She may need therapy to help her through.

Hi Sherrye
Well this interests me very much about her. What hard times? Please elaborate on any info you have for her. You dont have to post the charts of all of them I do have them in my database but just cant figure a way to post them here. If you feel it necessary then please do. I dont want you to have to go to any more trouble than need be. I dont think of the curse like it is fact. Just something I have always heard about and then to find this was just flat out weird. Please let me know about her and also the fact it was pointed out that it could not be me to help. Just wanna know what is going on and how to best approach. Any info is greatly appreciated.

This is in reference to the chart of the friend of Ariesgurl, and is reposted from "Saturn Retrograde/Please Help" topic:

Sherryelyn wrote:
The friend of Ariesgurl feels like she is losing a loved one, or going through a breakup. Neptune and Chiron (and recently Jupiter ) have been transiting over the DC, opposite her AC and Jupiter (previously also squaring her MC/IC) , while Pluto has been on and off squaring her Venus in Aries conjunct her Chiron. It is painful for her, as the issue of relationships is painful, but she will ahve to move on. She may enter a period of feeling depressed once this is finally over with, and Pluto is squaring her Mercury, She may also be experiencing financial or even sexual problems (her Venus in the 8th is affected). Now that Saturn is direct again and approaching a conjunction with her Moon and Pluto (as it had been before), it seems to put a sense of finality on many of these issues, as well as a sense of permanent loss.

This is a chart full of difficult transits, and it may be best for Ariesgurl to try and get other people to watch out for this person and care for her for awhile. Her transits begin to improve next year, once Jupiter finally enters Aries, if she can hold on.

Ariesgurl, if you want to respond to this post, it would be best if you went back to the "Satrun Retrograde" topic where her chart is. You can be the one to assist her if you would like, but you didn't seem to want to have a friendship with her anymore. You had mentioned that she had come back into your life, but it seemed as if you felt she had too much of a hold on you.

I will work on the Grand Trines when I can. :-)

Sherrye

Gotcha. Not really sure where I am at with her and I'm guessing the transits going on in both of our charts makes it the more difficult. If she needs to talk to me she will let me know. If not oh well. Whenever you have time for the grand trines. I had forgotten about that post on her from the other string. Sorry about that.

Hey Sherryelynn. Was wondering if you ever had a chance to look up those grand trines in the charts and tell me what you thought about it.

Hi, Ariesgurl!

Not yet, because I was preparing for classes (which I taught yesterday), but I hope to get to it soon.

Posting charts for Ariesgurl, if anyone wants to comment...All contain grand trines by sign and element, although some astrologers would probably say some of the aspect orbs are two wide for grand trines. I find it interesting regardless, as Ariesgurl has pointed out that they are mainly in the 4th, 8th, and 12th houses.

Ariesgurl, yours is barely an actual grand trine, and if you have one, the Sun in the 3rd would be included. So I'll give you that, as it is the Sun. The planets in the 4th house are way out of orb, so you can't include them as you have been doing for the other charts. If we could count Eris (it is conjunct the 4th house cusp), we would have one that included the 4th house, and although we can count the Sun , the orb between the Sun and Neptune in trine is wide for being part of a Grand Trine, and it's not the 4th house. So I don't think you've got that 4th house leg of the Grand Trine that you were talking about. Venus in the 4th is not trine with Saturn in the 8th (orb too large), so we have no trine between those two. Eris is the only one to qualify for the 4th house, and although it is conjunct the Sun (which is not conjunct the 4th house), I can't completely justify using Eris in a Grand Trine. If we look at the Sun in the 3rd, the orb is a bit wide between the Sun and Neptune in the 12th for a Grand Trine, yet they are trine.

So, I'll give you the Grand Trine between Sun, Saturn, and Neptune because the Sun is involved, but the 4th house is NOT involved, so you should be happy about that if this has been causing you anxiety. :-)

Thanks for looking this over and I would be very interested in what bobbie and justin have to say about it also. I just wanted to ask Sherrye, is this common in family charts that you have seen? I had heard that Grand Trines are rare or any big formation is rare in a persons chart. Just to know that it was passed through all of us the same grand trines in sme of the same houses, just in your opinion. I do feel comforted by all of your advice. Difficult time for me, as I'm sure you know. Answers that I get from you or anyone else that answers on this board are greatly appreciated. Just want to say thanks to you for all that you do for me and everyone else that comes to you in question.
