HI, Bettina!

Nothing to apologize for. :-)

Yes, that Uranus transit last April and May WAS significant, but you have to be careful to know how to read these things.
I think of the aspects on the wheel as a system of rubber bands pulling from different directions, and if you have a few rubber bands pulling a certain way, others will get triggered that would not have been triggered if they stood alone as aspects. We can't view aspects individually. They are never separate from the rest of the chart.

So, around April 20th Venus and Mars were already square your Mars at 28 Sagittarius, and Uranus was 25 degrees and some minutes Pisces, moving direct. So it was pulled towards the aspect (towards the aspect is "applying", moving past it is "separating".) SO yes, you would have felt it, although it didn't manifest quite that soon. If Uranus had been at 25 retrograde there would have been nothing. Even 26 retrograde would be nothing; no affect. But since it was direct, you could begin to "feel" it. For it to actually get "set off" it would have to be 27 degrees, or almost 27 degrees.

This is something that I've learned with experience, and it doesn't translate well into teaching. It's like anything else; you develop a feel for it.

In the meantime, heed the advice of Staralchemist, okay? And be careful next year.

Hope that helps!

Sherrye
