I would suggest a career that utilizes that amazing grand trine in water in your 12th, 8th and 4th houses. Notice, the kite even points to the 6th house of work! You have an uncanny ability to sense what others need and you may actually fulfill their needs and desires unconsciously without realizing it. On the other hand, you may pick up on ideas you gleaned from others and use them before they get a chance (be careful not to make others jealous or suspicious). You are aggressively nurturing although your manner may be brusque or appear unemotional on the surface, and you have to be careful not to do too much of what is not really your responsibility. You may not realize that not everyone "just knows" what other people "really" want or need, and they don't second guess people either. Let them ask you first if they need help, so that they are consciously aware of that need and your kindness in fulfilling it. Take what they say at face value even if your hunches tell you otherwise - just offer your suggestions and if they won't listen wait for that turn around or "whoops" later. This will train your bosses and coworkers to be clear about what they want, which is actually good for everyone concerned. Don't expect others to "just know" what you need either, you have to state it very clearly! This goes for raises, vacations and other job needs also.

As for specifics, any field that requires uncanny hunches would be good (investments or real estate). A caregiver or homemaker (or house sitter) are also good.
