Eclipse (with an introduction)

Hi! I'm PG- Pensive Gemini... I'm from NYC, 25, female and really passionate about astrology... still have a lot of learning to do, however, I'd say I'm intermediate- I even had a "cosmic dating blog" back in February and March for sasstrology where I chatted about my dating life with an astrological twist/influence/commentary...

I have a quick question... this last eclipse, I don't know if I felt it... it was in my 7th/8th house cusp... my on and off Aqua "boyfriend" (or is he??) and I had an oddly romantic night... spent the evening at the beach drinking wine and staring up at the moon that was of course full... it was beautiful and was HIS idea... in the 8 months that I've dated him, I have to say this is the most romantic thing he's done... funny enough, his sun is in my 7th house and his venus is in my 8th house... :O) my moon is in Aqua at 00 degrees in my 7th house... since the eclipse was close to 14 degrees Aqua (my 8th house is on the 14th degree aqua), I'm sure its too far away to be conjunct but... should I expect more from this eclipse or was this one night with my Aqua it?

Anyone have any interesting eclipse stories?

Hi, Pensive Gemini!

I don't recall if your boyfriend's chart was posted previously, but I did find yours. The eclipse was squaring your passionate Mars in Scorpio conjunct your romantic 5th house cusp. And although I haven't looked at your boyfriend's chart, I am pretty sure something was happening there as well, unless you experienced this much more strongly than he did.

I find that eclispes tend to represent beginnings and endings, and often they really magnify feelings and situations.
It is quite possible that this was the beginning of somethign special. You would want to confirm this with other aspects in the chart.

above is his chart... can you see it? the eclipse was in his 11th/12th house cusp... it was special and it did feel like a beginning... it was so odd because we've been so back and forth... but what Aqua relationships isn't back and forth or off and on...

also, don't know if you remember me... but you read my chart about two months ago... concerning uranus squaring my sun and venus and also advised me that seeing a therapist would help... I've actually been seeing one and its helped me out tremendously... im still a work in progress and I've had some set back but oh my, how its helped. :O)

I am really glad that you have been helped by the therapist. That's wonderful.

Ascendant 23 degrees Pisces
Moon 20 degrees Capricorn in 11th house
Mercury 18 degrees Aquarius in 12th house
Venus 11 degrees Pisces in 12th house

Jupiter 21 degrees Pisces in 12th house

Now that I look at his chart... I hadn't realized how many planets he has in his 12th house... I have my sun and venus there and find that difficult to deal with... hmmm

Looks like he has been having a difficult time of it the last few years as saturn has been opposing all his 12th house placements. This may have led to him dealing with a lot of stuff and maybe purging or things leaving his life and pluto over his midheaven but saturn has moved into his 7th house so i would imagine that relationships would be a serious issue for him and thats where his life lessons will be coming from.
If he is going to commit to anyone i would say that it would be now because his relationships will be tested and some will collapse and some will go forward. Uranus is transiting over his ascendant so definately changes have been afoot in the way he lives life and in relationships so you may have been the person that suddenly came into his life and saturn going into his 7th may have made him view the relationship with you more seriously.
